How We Ship Your Philly Pride
At Vault 215, we partner with Printful to ensure your orders are printed with precision and shipped with care. Every item is made-to-order, which means we craft your gear fresh when you order it – no sitting in warehouses collecting dust.
Processing Time
Production & Handling
- 2-5 business days for production and quality control
- 1-2 additional business days for packaging and shipping preparation
- Total processing time: 3-7 business days before your order ships
Note: Processing times may be longer during peak seasons (playoffs, holidays, or when Philly teams are on championship runs).
Shipping Methods & Times
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard Shipping: 3-8 business days after processing
- Express Shipping: 2-4 business days after processing
- Priority Express: 1-3 business days after processing
International Shipping
- Standard International: 7-14 business days after processing
- Express International: 3-7 business days after processing
Shipping times are estimates and don't include processing time. Actual delivery may vary based on location and carrier performance.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Destination address
- Package weight and dimensions
- Selected shipping method
- Current carrier rates
Free shipping promotions, when available, apply to standard domestic shipping only.

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including:
- Standard addresses
- P.O. Boxes
- APO/FPO military addresses
International
We ship to most international destinations. Shipping options and costs vary by country and are displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
- Tracking information is automatically sent via email once your order ships
- Track your package using the provided tracking number on the carrier's website
- Delivery updates are provided by the shipping carrier

Our partner Printful operates fulfillment centers in:
- United States: California, North Carolina, Texas
- Europe: Latvia
- International: Various locations for optimal delivery
Your order will be produced and shipped from the location closest to your destination for faster delivery.
Shipping Restrictions
Items We Cannot Ship
- P.O. Boxes for certain international destinations
- Military bases (restrictions vary by location)
- Areas affected by natural disasters or shipping carrier restrictions
Customs & Duties (International Orders)
- Customer responsibility: All customs fees, duties, and taxes
- Declared value: Full retail price of items
- Customs delays: Not included in estimated delivery times
- Refused packages: Customer pays return shipping costs
Address Accuracy
- Double-check your address before completing your order
- Address changes can only be made within 2 hours of ordering
- Incorrect addresses may result in returned packages and additional fees
- Reshipment costs for incorrect addresses are the customer's responsibility
Lost or Damaged Packages
If Your Package is Lost

- We'll initiate a carrier investigation after the estimated delivery window
- Replacement orders are processed once loss is confirmed
If Your Package is Damaged
- Contact us immediately at customersupport@vault215.com
- Include photos of the damaged package and items
- We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
Holiday & Peak Season Shipping
During busy periods, expect:
- Extended processing times (up to 10 business days)
- Shipping delays due to carrier volume
- Earlier order cutoffs for guaranteed holiday delivery
We'll post updates on our website and social media during peak seasons.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to:
- Incorrect address provided by customer
- Multiple failed delivery attempts
- Refusal of package
You're responsible for:
- Original shipping costs (non-refundable)
- Return shipping costs charged by carrier
- Reshipment fees if you want the order resent
